| David N. Hilton,
J.D. serves clients throughout the triangle area of North
Carolina. His practice areas include business and corporate law, commercial
transactions, construction law, commercial and residential
real estate, wills & trusts, and estate planning and
administration. David is admitted to practice before the
United States Court Of Appeals and the United States District
Court, Eastern District of North Carolina.

David is a North
Carolina native and grew up in the triangle area. From 1988 through
1992, David attended Appalachian State University where he graduated
cum laude and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political
Science, concentrating in Town, City & County Government, with
a minor in Planning and Zoning. While at Appalachian State, David
was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society, Pi Gamma Mu, ASU Inter
Fraternity Counsel, the Order of Omega, and the Delta Chi Fraternity
where he served as president of his chapter and received the Delta
Chi Fraternity National Merit Award in 1990.
After college, David
attended Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins
School of Law and graduated in 1996. His honors and
awards at Campbell included: Campbell Law Review, Prince
Evidence National Moot Court Team, School of Law Academic
Scholarship, Order of the Kivette, Who's Who Among American
Law Students, and the 1996 Branch Banking & Trust
Company Will Drafting and Estate Planning Award.

is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina
Bar Association (Business, Real Property, Elder Law
and Estate Planning Sections), the Tenth Judicial District
Bar, and the Wake County Bar Association.
