Background
Originally from Michigan, Julie and
is currently a resident of Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Julie graduated from Michigan State University in 1987
with a B.A. in Communication Arts & Sciences and
from the University of Dayton School of Law where she
obtained her Juris Doctorate.
Julie has practiced in the areas of residential and
commercial closings for over eight years and assisted
both buyers and sellers with standard mortgage loan
closings, cash closings, Small Business Administration
financing, construction to permanent financing, and
1031 Exchanges and seller financed closings. Additionally,
Julie has worked with investors to negotiate pre-foreclosure
sales and has negotiated short sales for distressed
buyers, and assisted both buyers and sellers in "FSBO"
closings. With this knowledge, Julie is personally committed
to making the closing go smoothly for everyone involved
in the transaction.
In the community, Julie is actively involved with PTA
and with her children's sports.
